Hi from Arkansas, my name is Les, I have just one class to complete to obtain my Associates degree in computer science. On ICQ and IPhone I am known as Jazer, and as you may have figured out, my main hobby is computers and the Net. I am also a scifi movie nut, favorites are the Alien and Terminator series.

I have another site called Jazer's Page that will soon have a different look. At sometime in the future I plan on having a commercial site that will offer images to download, image editing and creation services, web page creation and design, as well as customized software design and creation. I currently create software applications for WIN 3.x/WIN 95 using Visual Dbase. Until I have a commercial site operational I will create applications for those who ask at no cost in order to build a client base.

Surfing the Net.

Chating on ICQ and IPhone, (haven't used IPhone that much though).

ICQ is a chat system that runs independantly from a Web browser, when you want to chat with someone you click on their name and make an online chat request, when they accept, a two pane window opens and when you type something, i.e. "Hi, hows everything going!" the other person, who has an identical window open on their monitor, will see what you type, as you type it in the bottom window. When you type, what you type is displayed in the top window. It is a real time chat system that allows you to continue to browse the internet in your browser. The system also allows you to send and recieve short messages to someone as well as files and even URL's from your browser so that you don't have to retype them in a message. You can also have a multiple chat session with more than one person at a time. Although I have never chatted with more that two other people at the same time I think the limit is six people, I could be wrong, it may be more.

IPhone is a Web based telephone like system that, if you have a microphone and speakers, lets you actually talk to other people as if you were talking on a telephone.

Developing WIN 3.1 and WIN 95 software applications using Visual Dbase for Windows.

Visual Dbase is a relational database program that is usually used for types of data that one might use for say a business. For instance a small computer company would have all their customers entered into the database with addresses, previous invoices with purchases on each and also a separate listing of all their products with prices and parts onhand and maybe even a discription of the part or product.

Sci-Fi, horror and action movies.

On occasion I have enjoyed camping and white water rafting (when the opportunity arises).

I like easy rock, old(classic) rock and some classical music.
